We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team  

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to aid in the RCANOEVENTS brand and reputation. 

About Us: RCAVOEVENTS is a full service off premises catering/ event planning company. Leading NYC catering industry for 20 years, working many of New Yorks historical events. Clientele ranges from corporate companies, high profile personal, and much more. We have the ability to cater anywhere and serve 100 to 5,000 guests at once. Our distinctive Manhattan kitchens and event management has afforded is unparalleled knowledge of producing the ultimate event.   

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations.
  • Manage kitchen team 30-50 employees.
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders.
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Assist in the development of menu items.
  • Standardize recipes and presentations.
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for all guests.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 years relevant experience.
  • Excells in multiple styles of food and catering operational services.
  • Thrives in collaborative working environments.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with positive attitude to meet team goals.
