*Overnight Job Opportunity Still Open – 8pm to 8am (3-2-2-3)*
This role involves conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, disassembling equipment for inspection, and adjusting or replacing parts as needed. The job requires a strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and PLC troubleshooting. The candidate will also be responsible for initiating purchase orders for parts and machinery, as well as ensuring proper lubrication and cleaning.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or GED, with at least one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and PLC troubleshooting.
3. Preferred but not required: Electrician's License.
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in PLC troubleshooting, with the ability to read and program code.
2. Solid working knowledge of electrical controls, mechanical assembly, plumbing, and HVAC control systems.
3. Ability to interpret electrical control and mechanical assembly drawings and service manuals.
