Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
  • Understand clients' needs and financial abilities, and propose appropriate solutions
  • Promote property sales through effective advertisements, open houses, and listing services
  • Showcase and market available real estate properties to potential buyers
  • Prepare and handle necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Familiarity with MS Office software
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years old or older
