Essential Job Duties

  • Develop new business activity focused on understanding the IT & Print needs of prospects.
  • Maintain client satisfaction by providing sales support and scheduling training as needed.
  • Perform client needs analysis and site surveys. Identify challenges within the account's organization to provide ongoing improvements.
  • Demonstrate basic software and hardware features to clients.
  • Maintain daily schedule for email, phone, and in-person sales activities.
  • Continuous input of information into company CRM database required.
  • Proposal preparation & presentation to clients and prospects.
  • Close sales opportunities or reasonably identify timeframe for a decision.
  • Collaborate with our Service & Admin teams to gather information and resolve issues found while in the field.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to build long lasting business relationships.
  • Proven ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Apps usage skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
  • Comfortable negotiating with clients

Experience

  • Sales experience with IT hardware & software helpful but not required.
  • Experience with Ricoh & Konica Minolta products helpful but not required.
