Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically promote property sales through innovative advertising, active MLS listings.
- Manage and coordinate showings of models and spec homes providing a first-class experience to prospective buyers.
- Expertly match buyer needs and financial capabilities with our exquisite floor plans and available properties.
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with local real estate offices, becoming the go-to builder for top-quality homes and developments.
- Work remotely from decorated model homes, including weekends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (or related field).
- At least 3-5 years of proven sales success, with construction-related sales experience highly preferred.
- A clean background check.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Impeccable professional presentation and strong interpersonal prowess.
- Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation.
Compensation:
- Competitive commission-based pay with a weekly draw system, reflective of your hard-earned sales, reviewed and adjusted quarterly.
- An initial base salary may be offered in the first year to complement your transition.
- Potential earnings average $125,000 by your second year, with limitless growth in subsequent years.
