Green Wellness 420 is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual with outstanding leadership skills that is willing to move quickly to a General Manager role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Checking customers in and running the sales floor.

· Maintaining a clean environment for employees and customers.

· Delegating tasks to the budtenders. (Ex. Cleaning, Check in, Sales, Labeling, etc).

· Learning and maintaining the knowledge of the dispensary POS (Point of Sale System).

· Assisting the GM in miscellaneous tasks. (Orders, Scheduling, customer escalations, etc).

· Assisting customers in the selection of products suited to their needs.

· The Assistant Manager should be able to answer customers’ questions and concerns. related to Medical Cannabis, Ex. types of strains, medical uses, and methods of consumption.

· Daily and weekly inventory checks to ensure the sales area has adequate stock & no discrepancies.

· Learning and using Metrc.

· Receiving and checking product in.

· Opening and Closing duties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping up to date with Cannabis laws and any changes to help the company maintain compliance. The ideal Assistant Manager needs to have excellent customer service skills and be willing to promote the positive company culture we have worked so hard to maintain.

Requirements:

· Highschool Diploma or GED

· At least 21 years old

· Reliable Transportation

· Ability to pass a background check.

· Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

· Previous Management/Supervisor experience preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

· Experience in using POS systems preferred.

· Knowledge of state laws on Medical Cannabis preferred.

· Knowledge of Cannabis strains and their medical benefits preferred.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· MS Work Permit preferred. (This will be required when hired).
