We are seeking a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, P.E. to become a part of our team You will be required to perform a variety of engineering tasks, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase operation efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Design and Construction of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems.
- Perform routine Quality Control for accuracy of design before submittal milestones
- Develop and present schematic design proposals
- Identify technologies to improve operations
- Document design narratives & engineering analysis
- Review of submittals and reposing to RFI/RFC's
- Site investigations before starting design phase
- Site visits during construction as directed.
- Devotement of Punch List.
- Assisting development of fee proposals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as Mechanical / Plumbing Lead Engineer
- Full knowledge of California Title 24 codes end DSA regulations
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Expertise in using Autodesk Design Software including AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360.
- Expertise in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, Energy Pro and Energy Modeling.
