Furniture Delivery Helper : Home Furniture Delivery

Werner Final Mile provides nationwide “final mile delivery” service using two uniformed associates operating a non-CDL straight truck. We develop an understanding of the companies we support, and their customers and business objectives. They trust us to service their valued customers.

Job Type: Full-time or part time.

Daily Discretionary Bonus pay rate: Helper $ 140.00

Location: 1 Furniture Way, Swansea, MA 02777

Qualifications:

· Must have 1+ years experience delivering and assembling furniture. If you do not have this specific experience you will not be considered.

Must possess a level of customer service skills

· Work safely in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment

· Must have a legal state ID along with right to work

· High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

· Driver Assistants must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Requirements

· Have the ability to consistently lift/move furniture, bedding and accessories in excess of 100lbs.

· Continuously lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100 lbs.

· Deliver furniture to in a variety of outdoor weather conditions

· Always on time for work

· Good at working as a Team

· Comfortable making decisions

· Supportive team members

· Not afraid of hard work

· Willing to coach and be coached

· Able to deliver good customer service

Experience:

· customer service skills: 1 year (Required)

· assembly / installations / product handling: 1 year (Preferred)

· lifting 100lbs : 1 year (Required)

Language: English (Required)

Work Authorization: United States
