Job Title: Creative Project Manager

Location: Alaska 99801 (100% Remote)

Duration: 10 Months Contract

Pay range: $55/Hr to $61/Hr on W2      

Job Description:     

Strong Organizational Skills:

The ability to create and manage timelines in Smartsheet, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and keep track of project details to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.

Creative Problem-Solving:

An understanding of creative processes and the ability to find innovative solutions during project challenges, while maintaining brand consistency and high-quality outputs.

Clear Communication and Collaboration:

The capacity to effectively communicate with both creative teams and stakeholders, facilitate the creative review process, and ensure alignment across the supply marketing line of business.

Timeline and Workflow Management: Develop, maintain, and adjust project timelines in Smartsheet, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined, deadlines are met, and resources are efficiently allocated.

Creative Team Coordination:

Lead and coordinate a creative team, including designers, copywriters, and other creatives, to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to brand guidelines.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals and deliverables.

Creative Review Process Oversight: Facilitate the creative review process, including scheduling reviews, gathering feedback, and implementing revisions to ensure final outputs meet the desired quality standards and align with business objectives.

What technical skills will successful candidates possess:            

Proficiency in Smartsheet: Expertise in using Smartsheet for project management, including creating and managing project timelines, tracking progress, setting dependencies, and generating reports.

Familiarity with Creative Software: Working knowledge of creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to understand design workflows and effectively communicate with the creative team.

Experience with Project Management Tools: Competence in using additional project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project, to support task management and collaboration.

Is there any industry specific experience that would separate one candidate from another:     

Experience in B2B Marketing: A deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, especially within complex industries like supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing, would be highly valuable. This experience would help the candidate understand the unique challenges and strategies required for engaging business clients, crafting targeted messaging, and driving lead generation.

Knowledge of Supply Marketing: Familiarity with the supply marketing line of business, including experience with inventory management, procurement, or supply chain operations. This experience would enable the candidate to align creative outputs with the specific needs and nuances of supply-focused campaigns.

Background in Creative Project Management:

Experience managing creative projects within an agency setting or a creative department of a B2B organization. This would provide the candidate with insight into creative workflows, brand management, and client communications, which are crucial for managing a creative team and navigating the review process effectively.
