Medical Transcriptionist/ Clinical Data Monday- Friday

Job Summary
Act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems or inquiries pertaining to the CEO.
Help accomplish a variety of tasks related to operations and communications.
· Perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to: Administrative Projects, scheduling meetings, Maintaining email correspondence, telephone communication.
· Responsible for assisting the CEO, Risk Management, and Patient Services in managing the CEO activities by performing clerical, secretarial, and administrative duties as well as coordination of special projects provided by the CEO.
· Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing.
General Accountabilities
· Perform a broad range of administrative duties for the CEO, use initiative and judgment in handling sensitive and confidential details.
· Responsible to support the CEO to complete projects and generally coordinate the daily functions as they relate to the CEO responsible for overall patient care.
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in such tasks as scheduling appointments receive and screening visitors and telephone calls. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Maintain and control confidential files and records, prepare all required reports and correspondence.
Develop and maintain an appropriate system for electronic filing key documents and presentations.

Job Qualifications
Education: Minimum HS degree, Bachelor’s degree a plus especially in a natural sciences field or Public Administration Field.
Experience: 3 - 5 years relative work experience. Demonstrate superior interpersonal and administrative skills commensurate with years of experience. Preferred Experience Education Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, sufficient for use in all aspects of an office environment.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both within and outside of the organization. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Commitment to Team Culture.
