Summary

The Marketing Associate, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, is pivotal to Cresa's success, providing crucial support to real estate advisors through marketing, administrative, business development, and occasional operational assistance.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Marketing and Business Development:

· Collaborate with advisors and team members to develop marketing collateral such as pitches, presentations, flyers, offering memoranda, and case studies, often leveraging templated materials.

· Create ad-hoc marketing documents while adhering to brand guidelines for consistency.

· Maintain local webpages, including bios, case studies, research materials, and sublease listings.

· Handle submissions for market/industry awards.

· Assist in planning broker and corporate events.

· Assist with content creation and planning for local office social media accounts while ensuring brand standards, regular content distribution, and increased engagement.

· Support the creation and coordination of RFP responses/proposals, including coordination of strategy, content, and pricing across service lines and offices, as required.

· Print and bind presentations, etc.

Administrative Transaction Management Support

· Assist with transaction management tasks, including market surveys, tour books, formatting letters of intent, summary of proposals, and lease redlines.

· Provide support to the research department for market reports, submarket snapshots, map creation, and demographic analysis.

Operational Support

· Support facilities tasks such as kitchen and workroom maintenance, meeting setup, catering arrangements, and mail distribution.

· Support reception area as needed, e.g., working at the front desk to greet guests, accept mail and packages, etc.

General

· Maintain an understanding of all services, offerings, tools and technology to accurately and consistently convey Cresa’s position in the marketplace.

· Maintain brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all collateral and functions.

· Actively participate and contribute to team meetings.

· Offer suggestions for process optimization.

· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance marketing strategies continually.

· Demonstrate initiative and propose process improvements.

Requirements:

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or related experience

· Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, adept at prioritizing tasks to meet competing deadlines efficiently, and capable of supporting a team of sales professionals effectively.

· Enthusiastic about understanding the sales process and enabling Cresa’s success overall and individual advisor’s success.

· Possesses a proactive, self-motivated "can-do" attitude.

· 1-3 years of marketing and/or administrative support experience, preferably in commercial real estate or a professional services industry.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Work Environment

This position will be expected to work a minimum 4 days per week onsite in our Bethesda, MD or Washington, DC offices.
