Experience Required: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required.

Job Responsibilities:

 Strictly adhere to enhanced infection control protocols, including PPE requirements

 Review patient charts each morning for thorough preparation

 Set up trays and equipment for daily appointments

 Turn on equipment in the morning and off at night

 Update patient medical history and screen for potential issues

 Obtain necessary imaging and record patient’s blood pressure at each appointment

 Manage supplies and instruments, restocking rooms daily

 Chart existing restorations and missing teeth

 Educate patients on oral hygiene’s importance and proper oral care steps

 Take impressions for diagnostic and opposing models

 Communicate patient conditions and concerns to the doctor during exams

 Assist the doctor during clinical exams, documenting findings and recommendations

 Educate patients on recommended treatment steps and address their questions

 Set up treatment rooms for each patient and ensure accurate treatment documentation

 Assist with the scanning and design process of dental crowns and bridges

 Familiarize yourself with all treatments provided by the office

 Assist hygiene assistant and sterilization technicians as needed

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
