Job Duties:

  • Weekly / monthly invoicing especially when team members are out
  • Weekly invoicing portal uploads / investigating portal uploads
  • Combining invoices with all backups and verifying the accuracy
  • Monitoring shared mailboxes and logging issues for the team
  • Updating documentation

Job Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 0-2 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Strong analytical and MS Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Detail oriented, be a self-starter with a positive and “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with all levels within the company.
  • Hands on accounting experience
