Cabinetry installer:
A well established, and highly reputable cabinetry manufacturer and marketer of kitchen, bath and other cabinetry is seeking a cabinetry installer. We have been in business for over 20 years and specialize in custom cabinetry, countertops, sinks, and hardware for homes, all of which are specially handcrafted in our state-of-the-art facility.
Essential job responsibilities:
- Install cabinetry, shelves, laminate countertops along with trim work efficiently, timely and in a professional manner.
- Read blueprints and install cabinetry according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs and adjustments as needed
- Use power and hand tools to perform accurate installation
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and coordinate with team members involved in each project.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Maintain clean and safe work area.
Job requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
- 3 years minimum experience of full-time cabinetry installation
- 3 years minimum clear driving record
- Ability to safely pull trailers for cabinetry delivery
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Attention to detail and accuracy along with problem solving skills and abilities
- Ability to perform paint and finish touch ups on our products when necessary.
- Physical endurance and strength for heavy lifting and prolonged standing
- excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work well with team members and clients
