Cabinetry Installer

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetry Installer to join our team at Associated Constructors, Inc. in Bloomington, IL. As a Cabinetry Installer, you will be responsible for installing cabinetry, shelves, laminate countertops, and trim work efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install cabinetry and countertops according to specifications
• Read blueprints and ensure accurate installation
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs as needed
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and coordinate with team members
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 3 years minimum experience in cabinetry installation
• 3 years minimum clear driving record
• Ability to safely pull trailers for cabinetry delivery
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Attention to detail and accuracy, along with problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform paint and finish touch-ups on products
• Physical endurance and strength for heavy lifting and prolonged standing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
