Job Description:

As our frontline ambassador, you'll set the tone for client interactions, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and colleagues alike. Beyond traditional reception duties, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting our marketing collateral and enhancing our online presence to reflect our commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized reception area.
  • Utilize design tools like Canva to produce captivating marketing materials that support our sales efforts and showcase our products and services.
  • Maintain and update our online profiles, including Google Business and social media platforms, to ensure accurate and compelling content.
  • Coordinate both internal and external events, fostering a culture of community engagement and celebration within the company.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, contributing to the efficient functioning of our office.
  • Immerse yourself in the glass industry, gaining valuable insights that could pave the way for future career advancement within our company.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
  • Proficiency in digital design tools, particularly Canva or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and online business profiles.
