Full time Resident Manger needed for 70 unit Milwaukie area apartment community.

 

Pay Range: $58,000 to $61,000/Annually

Pay Frequency: Biweekly

Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week

 

We have an upcoming opening for a full-time Resident Manager.  This position requires the supervision of four different properties in the Milwaukie and SE Portland area, so reliable transportation and valid drivers license is a must.

Position requires demonstrated abilities to manage the day-to-day operation on apartment communities including property maintenance, resident relations and completing administrative tasks and other duties that are typically assigned for positions of this nature including, but not limited to the following.

-       Daily upkeep of all common areas

-       Managing turnover and all rental activities

-       Resident relations and supervision

-       Supervising vendors

-       Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports

-       Ensuring compliance with all local, federal and state laws governing residential rentals.

The management of these properties includes the support of a full-time Maintenance Technician, so the applicant must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and supervise staff.

Compensation package includes an apartment with attached office and set office hours, Monday through Friday.
