Description:

The Fulfillment Coordinator performs the physical tasks involved with the prepping, shipping, receiving, storing, and other order fulfillment duties for transponders and other tolling equipment.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

·        Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.

·        Prepare and assemble kits for customer fulfillment.

·        Responsible for final quality control and shipping of all shipments.

·        Inspect stock and distribute materials in inventory.

·        Perform warehouse/inventory control processes including auditing, cycle counting, and physical inventory.

·        Perform inventory transactions systematically in a timely and accurate manner, including material return to stock.

·        The role also may have secondary responsibilities for data entry and exception/expedite handling.

 

Additional Description: Qualifications:

·        High School Diploma or GED.

·        Previous work experience in a mailroom, packaging center, or assembly line preferred.

·        Must be able to do repetitive tasks with a positive attitude.

·        Ability to multitask, keep up with high productivity/quality standards, and closely follow instructions.

·        Team player with high attention to detail.

·        Willing and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

·        Experience using office equipment including a computer, copier, scanner, printer, etc.

 

·        Ability to navigate through internet-based system screens.
