Job Overview: The Opening Manager at Santino's Pizzeria will be responsible for overseeing the daily opening procedures, ensuring that the restaurant is ready for business, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. This role requires a motivated individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and the capability to work independently during the opening shift from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening Procedures: Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for the day by overseeing all opening tasks, including unlocking the premises, setting up dining areas, and ensuring all equipment is operational.
- Independent Work: Manage the opening shift alone, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed efficiently and effectively without supervision.
- Inventory Check: Review inventory levels and manage morning deliveries, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and properly stored.
- Quality Control: Conduct a thorough inspection of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for customers.
