Must have recent QuickBooks experience and dealing with fixed assets and inventory within QB.

Job Summary

The main job of this position is responsible for maintaining and interpreting all company financial records.

Responsibilities

1.          Perform accounting duties within a face-paced finance department while adhering to established standards.

2.          Examine financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

3.          Support our tax professionals in preparing quarterly estimates and annual returns.

4.          Inspect and update all documentation and systems related to accounting and company finances.

5.          Help establish company best practices related to accounting.

6.          Suggest thoughtful, scalable approach to reducing costs, streamlining processes, and improving margins.

7.          Manage accounts receivable and payables by following up on invoices when necessary.
