Electronics Assembler – 1st Shift $22 - $25/Hour
Diversatek Healthcare – Highlands Ranch, CO

The Medical Device Assembler will be a key member of the production team responsible for creating Diversatek’s next generation medical gastrointestinal diagnostic products. The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly come up to speed on existing production processes and be motivated to help develop and improve these processes. This is a full time, first shift position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building and testing electromechanical assemblies in a production environment following good manufacturing practices.
  • Become an expert in all areas of the production process with the ability and flexibility to perform in each process area
  • Gather, maintain, and compile shop orders and technical data from production tests as necessary to fulfill documentation requirements.
  • Other tasks as assigned

 

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of experience as an assembler working in research and/or production environment
  • Must be able to solder fine pitch components and build very small assemblies using a microscope
  • Must be comfortable using a microscope for the majority of a working shift.
  • Very strong hand/eye coordination
  • Very strong attention to process detail
  • Proficient in using a PC and using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
