**Position: Sign Project Manager**

**Job Description:**
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Sign Project Manager to join our team. The Sign Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of sign projects, from initial handoff to final installation. If you are passionate about project management and delivering top-notch work, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage end-to-end sign projects, including permitting, fabrication, and installation processes
- Develop comprehensive project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget constraints
- Foster clear communication channels with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and executed effectively
- Conduct thorough site surveys and coordinate closely with installation teams to guarantee seamless project execution
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and regular status reports
- Uphold strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project lifecycles

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sign project management
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Comprehensive knowledge of sign fabrication and installation processes
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
