Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones to talk to customers to determine their needs and help them find the right product for their needs.
  • Ability to multitask between computer programs for data entry and research
  • Responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately entered into the system
  • Work in a call center environment, using a computer system to track and gather information from consumers.
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level customer service

​Qualifications:

  • To be considered for this job you must have 1-3 years of experience working in a client support position in a business-to-business environment
  • Preferred that you have at least 6 months Call Center experience
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Excellent people and phone skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and determine their needs
  • Negotiation and closing skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Navigate Websites and Internet browsers.
  • Understanding of basic math and percentages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Computer software competency: Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Strong self-organizational skills
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Ability to work within a team environment with minimal supervision
  • An unwavering desire to improve customer satisfaction by exceeding the above targets and also through the adoption of new concepts and programs
  • Must live local
  • Pass a typing test (minimum 35 wpm)
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, however English must be your strongest language
