We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants (CNAs). As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals who may need assistance with daily activities due to age, disability, illness, or injury. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

- Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.

- Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe environment.

- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs.

- Medication reminders and assist with medication management.

- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship.

- Document and report any changes in clients' condition or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy and dignity at all times.

 

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a CNA or in a similar caregiving role preferred but not required.

- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

- Valid CPR and First Aid certification (training can be provided if needed).

- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
