We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for a well-established Home Health Care office. Located in Kendall (Zip code 33183)

Temp-to-Hire position.

Hours: Full-time 8AM-5PM MON-FRI

Pay rate: $18.00/hr

Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English.

DUTIES:

  • Perform a variety of duties at the front desk.
  • Receive visitors by greeting and welcoming them.
  • Provide customer support by answering the phone and replying to emails in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support via phone or email.
  • Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment in check as well as order any necessary office supplies.
  • Manage calendars by scheduling important meetings, arranging travel and accommodation, and so on.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, transcribing, filing, keeping records of office expenses, sorting and distributing paperwork, and so on.
  • Interact with their colleagues to resolve important administrative matters and the like.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees in Spanish and English.
  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete a wide variety of tasks throughout the day
  • Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with upset customers
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Professional.
  • Must be a team player, flexible, and reliable.
  • Must be detail-orientated.

*After 3 months of employment, a $250.00 health bonus monthly

*After 3 months of employment, entitled to a $300 Quarterly Bonus based on goal.
