Green Ridge Solar is a rapidly growing residential and commercial solar installer operating throughout the state of Oregon. Requirements:

You will work alongside our Service Manager and Service Technicians, provide quick responses to all incoming calls and emails related to service, workmanship, customer concerns, and new requests for service. You will assist the Service Manager with troubleshooting customer sites, service tasks, and finding solutions to requests.

Must have great communication skills both on the phone and with the department lead. Green Ridge Solar is looking for a self-driven, motivated, hard-working individual, who takes pride in their work, and can provide excellent customer experiences.


Impeccable customer service skills both on the phone and email are essential.

Candidates must have the ability to be confident and clear in conversations, use correct and appropriate language, and give precise answers and instructions to customers.

Able to facilitate scheduling that both satisfies the customer’s need, and our technicians availabilty.

Ability to take messages, keep thorough notes, and be accountable for incoming information.


Existing understanding of how solar works, parts, and equipment.

Training on Solar Edge, and Enphase systems will be provided and ongoing. Green Ridge Solar’s warranty information, scheduling process, shipping, and many other parts of the service department will be included in orientation.
