**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Workflow Management:** Develop procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and US Customs regulations.

- **Operational Leadership:** Plan, direct, train, and supervise the customs business operations, including document preparation, processing, and verification.

- **Regulatory Compliance:** Maintain district permits from CBP, oversee recordkeeping, and file employee reports.

- **Customer Service:** Provide and monitor customer service, ensuring timely problem resolution.

- **Traffic Coordination:** Supervise all traffic functions related to freight, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.

- **Document Verification:** Ensure accuracy of all documents, including entered value, country of origin, terms of sales, arrival notices, orders, receipts, and proof of delivery.

- **Additional Duties:** Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

- **Customs Brokers License:** Must have a valid Customs Brokers License.

- **Regulatory Knowledge:** Up-to-date knowledge of CBP regulations and procedures, classification of goods, and knowledge of PGAs, hazardous materials, and live animals.

- **Entry Types Expertise:** Thorough understanding of all entry types, including formal, informal, warehouse entry, withdrawal, carnets, TIB, IT, T&E, etc.

- **Leadership Experience:** Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
