What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing the daily operation of construction projects, specifically with pre-engineered metal buildings.
- Supervising heavy concrete pours for industrial buildings
- Collaborating with the project team at kick-off meetings.
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and top-notch quality throughout the project.
- Conducting safety audits in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Keeping clients and supervisors informed on project progress.
- Leading and motivating the construction team from start to finish.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 4 years of experience as a construction superintendent or forman in a self-performing construction environment.
- Experience in mapping out erecting pre-engineered metal buildings.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-stress situations.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Valid AL drivers license and clean driving record
- Team player mentality, able to collaborate effectively.
- Leading by example, and being hands-on when necessary.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with construction standards and OSHA regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
