Job Description

-Use technical knowledge of our product offerings and capabilities to provide solutions to our customers and close sales

-Educate customers on products, proper application of products and assist them with product selection and providing quotations.

-Participate and plan for technical conference & trade show.

-Participate and register new and existing dealers to fill company trainings.

-Assist customers with service request.

-Maintain knowledge of the HVAC industry trends and changes.

-Paperwork and tasks to include, but are not limited to, CRM database (Go High Level), forecasts, customer/dealer interaction reporting, monthly/quarterly/yearly sales progress and strategies, and expense reports.

-General customer support via email, phone, text, Zoom, or in-person visits.

Employment Requirements:

* Work Experience: At least 1-3 years of related experience in HVAC. 

* Education: High School or above degree. Trade school would be a plus

* Skills: Ability to use advanced Google Documents & Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.), CRM Software (SharpSpring) and General Business Software (Zoom, Skype, etc.).

* Good verbal and presentation skills, effective verbal and written communication skills.

* Fast learner, Self-motivated, Team player, Self-starter, Problem solver, Works independently without supervision * Authorized to work in the US.

* Job Type: Full time. In House Office Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Night, weekend, and overnight work may be required based upon company/customer needs.
