A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC SALES REP:

  • You play a vital role in expanding the business by selling HVAC services to residential clients.
  • You engage with leads, visit customers' homes to discuss their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Your goal-oriented approach helps you to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Following a deal, you maintain communication with clients and technicians to ensure satisfaction.
  • Additionally, you handle paperwork efficiently and stay updated on industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SALES REP:

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of HVAC certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physical fitness for lifting, climbing, and working in different weather conditions
  • Proficiency in using smartphones and tablets
  • Readiness to respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Reliability, positivity, and adaptability

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN HVAC SALES REP:

  • This full-time role typically operates Monday to Friday for up to 12 hours per day.
  • Weekend availability and on-call duties may be required.
