Front Desk Agent must provide a warm sincere greeting to all guests. Front Desk Agent checks guests into the hotel, checks guests out, posts charges to guest folios, answer telephones, creates and amends reservations, provides information about the hotel and the surrounding area and makes transportation arrangements. All these tasks must be performed with the utmost courtesy and a sense of urgency to ensure the optimal guest experience. Front Desk Agents effectively communicate with other departments to resolve guest issues or to reserve additional hotel services.

*High degree of scheduling flexibility is required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Checking in and checking out guests.

Make room reservations

Process all payments according to the established procedures.

Must be able to stand for long periods at a time; 6+ hours.

Provides assistance to others in a courteous and professional manner.

Respond to guest questions or concerns in a timely, professional manner.

Handle guest’s complaints and resolve based on brand standards & hotel policies, with empathy, courtesy & spirit to resolve.

Ensure guest satisfaction 100% of the time, and follow through on all guest requests.

Have the ability to thrive in a team setting and practice service excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

Possess a positive, caring service attitude with the team and guests.
