We are a premier Aerospace machine and assembly shop located in Huntington Beach. Looking for experienced aerospace assembly mechanics. The company has been in business since 1941 and supplies products to all the major aerospace companies for all Commercial and military platforms.

 

Responsibilities

· Reports to the assembly supervisor

· Ability to read and interpret work instructions from shop travelers, workbooks, sketches and blueprints.

· Ability to use various inspection equipment to validate your work such as calipers, micrometers and indicators

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

· Ability to occasionally stand for long periods of time

· Must contribute to a FOD free environment

· Attendance and punctuality is a necessity

· Overtime is required

· Must be able to work M-F 6:00am-4:30pm and some Saturday’s from 6:00am-11:00pm

 

 

Job Description

· Ability to assemble various aerospace components together using rivets, bolts and various hardware and sealants

· Ability to inspect your own work and assure you are making conforming assemblies

· Ability to work clean and neat to contribute to a FOD free environment

· Must work to established standards to achieve set completion goals

· 2-5 years experience preferred
