New Business Development Manager

Position Description
Schwaab has an exciting opportunity available for an aggressive, self-motivated and goal oriented achiever to join our Sales Team to accelerate our growth in ADA signage sales. This is a key sales and business development position responsible for managing and developing large regional accounts. The ideal candidate must be highly driven and performance oriented.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation including profiling and identifying prospects in our targeted industries
- Cold-calling to potential clients to set appointments
- Face-to-face and phone presentations to potential clients demonstrating the benefits of our products and the solutions they provide to our customers
- Uncover and identify new business opportunities with existing customers
- Consistently close sales to achieve monthly activity and sales goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospective customers and team members
- Manage the entire sales function from start to finish, including defining and implementing all steps required to bring a new account on board
Qualifications
- 2 – 5 years prior sales experience with a proven record in new business development and driving sales to achieve desired results
- Prior sales experience in the signage industry a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and proven ability to interact with personnel at all levels of an organization
- Proficient computer skills, CRM, database, Microsoft Office and on-line communications
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
- Some travel may be required
