We are seeking an Experienced Family Law Paralegal to become a part of our team You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication with clients and attorneys
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Applicant must be able, and willing to work independently, once the paralegal becomes comfortable with the position.
  • The position involves frequent contact with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.
  • This position requires drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documents from forms and creative
    construction.
  • Position also requires daily timekeeping entries.
  • Excellent typing skills required.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Family Law Paralegal required
  • Ability to draft pleadings
  • Full understanding of the discovery process
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must be reliable and trustworthy
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Excel
