Job Title: Sales | Insurance Agent | Financial Professional (Commission-Based)

Location: Remote

Description: Are you looking for one of the Top Payment Structures in the industry along with an amazing team? Our culture is built by entrepreneurs for those who have an entrepreneur's, mindset. Commission only pay. No base pay, because we believe you can exceed your expectations and your past performance. Our agents regularly earn between $50K to $100K per year part-time with no sales experience. If you are not licensed, we do have a system to help you obtain one. Licensing is required to work with the products we use to help families.

We help families through using licensed products, such as life, term, whole life, annuities, flexible annuity products along with index universal life. What we do, is work for our clients to supply the right product so the family succeeds.

We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Independent Financial Professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial futures.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and analyses for clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Develop customized financial plans that encompass investments, retirement planning, estate planning, insurance, and tax strategies.
  • Educate clients on various financial products and services, explaining their benefits and risks.
  • Implement agreed-upon financial plans, including executing investment transactions and managing client portfolios.
  • Monitor and review client portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with their financial objectives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the financial services industry, preferably as a financial advisor or planner.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and retirement planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain necessary licenses and certifications
  • Ability to cover the costs associated with obtaining required licenses and certifications.

Note: This is a 1099 contract position, and financial professionals will be responsible for covering the costs associated with obtaining necessary licenses and certifications. However, support and resources will be provided to facilitate this process.
