Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, think outside the box, and possess strong management skills. While the majority of the work will be office-based, there will be instances where field visits and client meetings are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Field Visits: Conduct site visits as necessary to assess progress, address issues, and meet with clients.
  • Office Duties: Manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets; coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers; ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Innovation: Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges that arise in project execution.
  • Team Management: Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and ensuring effective communication across all project phases.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a focus on windows, roofing, and solar projects preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and management skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client relations and fieldwork.
