As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining an organization’s computer networks. Your primary focus will be on ensuring network availability, security, and optimal performance. You’ll collaborate with other IT professionals to design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure.

Responsibilities: 

·         Assess escalated support issues, determining resolution steps, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders. 

·         Monitor, manage, and maintain network infrastructure and backend services to support company operations. 

·         Collaborate with other departments to design and implement new solutions. 

·         Develop and update infrastructure documentation. 

·         Manage server patching and device upgrade cycles. 

·         Administer Windows environment, including on-prem and Azure Active Directory 

·         Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly. 

·         Implement and oversee backup and disaster recovery solutions. 

Requirements: 

·         Minimum 3 years of experience managing Windows desktop and server environments. 

·         Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services. 

·         Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and troubleshooting. 

·         Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ and recent Microsoft certifications preferred. 

Additional Requirements: 

·         Residence in or willingness to relocate to the Atlanta area. 

·         Availability for primarily onsite work, with regular access to warehouse and production floor environments. 

·         Daily activities performed in an office environment. 

Desired Experience: 

·         Windows server administration, including Hyper-V and PowerShell. 

·         Administration of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Teams Voice. 

·         Network design experience, encompassing server racking, Ethernet cabling, Firewall configuration, secure wireless, RAID, UPS, VLAN, and VPN setup. 

·         Knowledge of UniFi hosted controller administration is a plus. 

 

Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to tolerate sustained standing/walking up to 10-to-12-hour shifts

·         Ability to kneel, carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 25 lbs.

·         Ability to utilize good eye-hand coordination

·         Ability to work in tight spaces

·         Ability to travel to each organization’s location install and work with employees
