Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain a clean and healthy environment for clients.

Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by following cleaning checklists, addressing specific client requests, and providing personalized cleaning services as needed.

Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail to ensure that no area is overlooked during the cleaning process, and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Communication: Communicate with clients and team members professionally and promptly, reporting any issues or concerns to the management.

Time Management: Efficiently manage time and workload to complete cleaning tasks within specified timeframes.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle liability insurance.
  • Must have a smartphone with text and data capabilities.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Dependable and punctual.

Salary: Starting $16.00/hour Up to $24/hour

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends
