Prestige Tree Experts is a fast growing full service tree care company based in Jessup, MD.  We are currently looking for an executive assistant to support the team in all aspects of their day-to-day activities.  The ideal candidate is not just someone who wants a "job," but someone who is eager to learn and grow with the company.  This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with management/ownership, make an impact, and become an integral part of our journey towards greatness

 

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including management of calendars, email inboxes, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, invoicing support (both inbound and outbound), phone calls, and correspondence

Acting as gatekeeper for the executives with effective prioritization of tasks/requests

Conduct research, draft presentations, and create reports

Handle confidential personal and business information with the utmost sensitivity and discretion 

Clear communication with executive team and an understanding of the Prestige mission

 

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take on new challenges - (the "it" factor)

Prior experience is a plus, however, we believe in hiring for attitude because skills can be taught later
