This position will be responsible for all Accounts Receivables and provide additional assistance to the Credit Department.


Essential Functions:

  • Account Receivables (post payments, process debits & credit).
  • Process credit card payments and electronic checks.
  • Work closely with Banks (Wires/ACH’s)
  • Help with yearly audits (accounting)
  • Update and maintain current customers credit files.
  • Process and track new credit applications (pull D&B’s & obtain references)
  • Resolve Collection issues by examining customer payment history, credit line and coordinate contact.
  • Communicate with credit analyst on releasing customer credit holds.

Required and Preferred Skills:

  1. Previous Account Receivable, Credit and Collection experience is a plus.
  2. Strong written and communication skills.
  3. Ability to pay great attention to detail.
  4. Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  5. Basic accounting techniques.
  6. Strong Computer and financial software skills IE: Microsoft office/data entry
  7. Customer service experience.
  8. Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
  9. Some college is a plus.
