POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for floating within the warehouse, shipping and receiving in addition to helping production assembly as needed.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Stock parts into inventory arriving from PFC and other vendors;
  • Notate part shortages on bins;
  • Pulling parts and deliver to production/shipping area;
  • Assist with production Systems department as needed.
  • Work with and in various production departments to ensure all business needs are bein gmet.
  • Assist in daily cycle counting physical inventory;
  • Stock Kanban for production lines;
  • Process credit returns;
  • Stock all received goods in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Maintain stock location of material in SAP;
  • Track and store required purchase order paperwork and documentation:
  • Weigh and label for UPS, DHL, FedEx, general truck shipments;
  • Assist with required trucking/transportation online information, paperwork and other documentation;
  • Packing/boxing outgoing products;
  • Assist in the cleanliness of the area;
  • Use forklift/golf cart for moving and unloading materials;
  • Assist other departments as necessary to ensure project flow and completion.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Required:

  • Available 2:30 pm- 11pm and to work OT as required.
  • Education: High School diploma/GED required;
  • Minimum of 1-year relative of warehouse work experience;
  • Computer skills in Windows-based programs;
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds;
  • Manual dexterity is required for handling small parts;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities;
  • Able to work independently and with others;
  • Able to work overtime as required;
  • Must be able to pass in-house forklift certification;
  • Position requires constant physical movement in order to handle all functions of position;
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred:

  • SAP experience.
