C+A Global is seeking a highly organized, communicative, and focused individual for the role of Creative Director. This position demands the ability to direct projects, switch tasks seamlessly, and balance creative possibilities with practical limitations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership, a team-oriented approach, and a solution-driven mindset.

Main Essential Duties and Functions of Job Position (but not limited to):

·         Manage a team of 10+ members across all creative genres, including graphic design, photography, videography, and copywriting

·         Oversee the creative process from concept to completion

·         Lead and direct the creative team, providing guidance and direction

·         Review work, troubleshoot issues, and provide constructive feedback

·         Ensure visual communication and brand standards are consistently met.

·         Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

·         Meet with upper management to present campaign strategies and solutions

·         Track all creative projects with the marketing department, including copyright, graphic design, photography, and videography.

·         Collaborate closely with departments such as Buying, Social media/PR, Sales, Research & Development, Customer Service, and Accounting to meet their creative needs.

·         Possess strong problem- solving skills and project management abilities

·         Work with third parties for printed materials, video voice- overs, translations, 3D renderings, etc.

·         Inspire creativity within the team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Programs include:

·         Jira Software

·         IBS (XT Client)

·         Photoshop

·         Adobe Suite

·         InDesign

·         Illustrator

·         Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint

Physical Requirements:

·         Must be able to lift up to 20lbs, sit for extended periods of time, stairs, reach, twist, bend, stretch, climb, walk and/or run

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work shift hours and seasonal changes based on the needs of the business
  • Must be able to work in an office setting and in a fast- paced environment
  • Minimal travel may be required

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Must pass a Background Check
