We are seeking a Level Two HelpDesk Tech to join our team You will resolve network and computer-related issues for your clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with networking, computer hardware and software, cloud-based services
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in-person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Required Experience:

  • Office 365 administration, including Admin Center, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams
  • Networking Experience, including configuring firewalls/switches.
  • Full understanding of network protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SSLVPN, IPSEC VPN)
  • Understand subnetting/VLANs.
  • Full understanding of the purpose and functions of a Windows Domain Network
  • Server Administration, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs
  • NTFS Permission, Security Groups, and shared drives
  • Adept at Windows 10/11 troubleshooting- hardware, software, and operating system
  • Adept at troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with email spam software administration
  • Experience administering managed Anti-Virus software.
  • Printer troubleshooting, including connectivity, drivers, and print spooler.
  • Experience with remote helpdesk

 

Experience A Plus:

  • VOIP system administration- Fusion, Zoom
  • Collaborating with Vendor Support
  • POS systems- Toast
  • Familiarity with BCDR systems- Datto
  • Ubiquity Unifi
  • FortiGate Firewalls
  • Familiarity with PSA ticketing systems - Autotask
  • Familiarity with RMM systems - Datto RMM
  • CCTV/IP Camera systems, including camera and NVR setup and troubleshooting.
  • ESET Antivirus
  • Entra AD + Microsoft Intune
