We are looking for a customer service agent to join our team Our customer service agents are our customer's first line of contact and play a critical role to retain and acquire new clients and deliver the best level of service in our industry. Your scope of work is to present new or existing products to our clients' customers and navigate our CRM to find solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of client accounts in a timely manner
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Look for opportunities to upsell products/services when they arise
  • Build relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Attend educational training seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal & team performance targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with computers, CRM systems, and excel
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
