The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating home care services for clients, managing caregiver schedules, and providing HR support to our team. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and experience in scheduling and HR, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate home care services for clients, including scheduling, assigning, and monitoring caregiver assignments
- Manage caregiver schedules, including availability, time-off requests, and shift changes
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, and caregivers
- Recruit, onboard, and train new caregivers
- Conduct caregiver performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including client and caregiver information
- Assist with HR tasks, such as benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve agency goals and objectives

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in home care scheduling, HR, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients and caregivers
- Proficiency in scheduling software and HR systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
