Talento Search Group has an opening for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative in the Marietta, Georgia area.  This is a direct-hire position.  This position does Not offer remote or hybrid work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support customer network
  • Answer customer questions
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Provide customers with product information
  • Track projects and communications with customers
  • Process purchase order requests


Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred
  • At least 3 years of customer service or inside sales rep experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP type systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience interacting with manufacturing companies
