Job DescriptionJob Description

New, quickly-growing residential and small commercial firm seeking a full-time apprentice carpenter. Work to assist lead carpenters on small to medium- sized projects involving all aspects of home building and renovation, and specializing in high -quality finish carpentry.

This is a semi-skilled position. Employees who attain established levels of proficiency and qualifications will be given first available consideration for promotion to entry-level carpentry.

Hours: Monday -Friday from 8 am till 4pm

 Pay rate determined by experience.

Qualifications 

Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for job site travel. Must have own basic hand tools. Candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Looking for a person with consistency and attention to detail to work together on small teams of professional workers who take pride in their work and enjoy working together. Must have good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate to heavy objects, up to 80 lbs. Candidate should have basic building/carpentry experience and ability to read and apply measurements.
