JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Sales Leader is responsible for all Customer Service employees & activities. The Customer Service Sales Leader will work with the Facility Managers, Inbound department, and billing departments to forecast the customer's packaging, receiving and invoicing needs specific to the customers as it pertains to the Customer Service group's daily customer interaction with the specific details to communicate to the appropriate internal group.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor all Customer Service communications to ensure excellent customer communications and response times to the customers both external and internal
- Maintaining/ Updating processes and procedures for the customer service operations
- Ensure dress codes are being followed
- Review and/or approve employee hours weekly
- Review, audit, and enforce company processes and procedures
- Conduct reconciliation for the annual physical inventories with customers as or if they are required
- Ensures proper training for all new employees in all relevant job duties
- Conducts monthly safety and procedure training with a group
- Work with the General Manager on customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement for the mitigation of the issues within the department
- Assisting Customer Service staff with duties where required
- Daily review of the work areas for safety and cleanliness
- Work with different departmental teams to determine priorities based on cutoffs and customer requirements
- Confirmation of the completion of the customer service task to meet the daily plans for packaging, shipping/receiving, and inbound departments
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalating customer queries and concerns
- Troubleshooting common issues with services
- Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions and answers to their questions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work to meet assigned deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be team-oriented with a commitment to working effectively with varying levels of managers or those outside formal lines of authority to accomplish both departmental and organizational goals.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience/knowledge with SAP is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- High school diploma required or equivalent.
- Some College preferred.
- 2+ years of Supervision/Management Experience is a plus
