Responsibilities:

· Effectively interacts with physician offices, nursing homes, hospital personnel, and other agencies/contacts.

· Promote, market, and assist the sales team to increase sales and overall awareness of MedCare services.

· Identify areas of opportunity and impact.

· Focus on awareness of the marketplace you work in and have an understanding of both clients’ needs/demands and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.

· Provide good account management for assigned facilities and clients through sales calls, in-services, etc. In addition to meeting with referral sources to educate staff on products and services provided.

· Acts as a liaison to referral sources and assists staff in completing necessary payor requirements to complete orders.

· Works with referral sources to educate staff on products and services provided.

· Executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.

· Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree

· Valid state driver’s license

· Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in a team setting.

· Must be organized and detail oriented.

· Basic Math and Keyboard Proficiency. Functional skills on a PC.

· HS Diploma or GED
