Looking for Full Time - will consider Part Time

Essential Functions:

- Manage hemodialysis and/or peritoneal dialysis patient per KDOQI guidelines

-Assess, diagnose, and manage complication of ESRD including anemia, hypertension, bone disease, fluid and electrolyte imbalances and vascular access.

- Assist dialysis unit staff in preventing and treating complications of dialysis therapy.

License, Certification, Registration

NCCPA or APNP certification

WI State Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber License

BLS certification

NPI
